Friends For Matibi is an association in Switzerland that provides financial, ideal and material support for a local community in Matibi. Matibi is a village in southern Zimbabwe. Their support is based on three pillars: health, education and self-sufficiency.

I am looking for participants in this research on what makes a career impactful and what it takes to build a career that makes a difference in the world. My doctoral research unveiled how companies can create shared value- making an impact and a profit.
