At 20, as she was walking up the stairs, she realised that she was struggling to breathe, her blood pressure had sky rocketed and she did not feel good. 20kgs had crept up in a space of 2-3years making her weight unhealthy.
Not only did she lose the weight but she started living a healthy lifestyle is very passionate about fitness and is also working towards being a fully qualified personal trainer.
